Comment: Fast, attentive and a great experience. My wifes key broke off her key fob, and I was surprised to learn that most place could not just cut a new key that we had purchased online. I called a competitor with a lot of ratings, and it turned out to be a lead generation call center that forwarded leads to other locksmiths. The operator couldnt answer any of my questions, she couldnt give me a price or price range, and I had trouble understanding them.I called Pop-A-Lock twice, and they answered immediately each time, gave me the quote, and told me when I could expect the locksmith. When he arrived, he was professional, helpful and friendly. He cut 2 keys and gave us a bonus valet key in short order. All the way around, it was faster and more convienent than I expected, at a fair price. Ill definitely use them again when we break our next auto key!

I made the mistake last month of Googling Pop A Lock and another firm came in its place and charged me,$300 to change 2 locks on my door. You can recognize by the fact that they dont orange uniforms or drive in orange trucks.The service provided yesterday was professional and done just about 1 1/2 hours after I called. I tipped the driver and paid a total of about $150 to have 4 locks rekeyed.

Comment: I stopped at Winn Dixie on my way to work. Unfortunately, I set my keys on my seat and well, locked the door 🙄. I called and was given the price and was told it would be about 30 mins before someone would be there to help me. Ok, my own fault, Ill sit and wait. 2 minutes after calling, my phone rings. The guy stated he was on his way and gave an eta of 15 mins. Again, my fault so no problem. Approx 5 mins goes by and hes calling saying he was at the red light. I have to say I was extremely happy. The guy was super nice and friendly. It took him longer to drive to where I was at than it did to unlock my vehicle lol. Im just glad I wasnt waiting for hours.

Comment: It was 2:30 a.m. when the technician, Ed, arrived. The first service provider AAA called (Cochran Motor??) did not come within their defined arrival time (10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.). Ed got up from his bed to meet me. 15 minutes after he arrived, I was on the road. Although Pop-A-Lock could only offer a battery charge, they were William g to try to help. Kudos to them and Ed.

Comment: I freaked out when I locked my keys in my trunk. We got the car doors open but the trunk latch still wouldn’t open and my car was in Anastasia State Park beach parking lot 1.5 hrs from home. I needed to get home and I couldn’t reach AAA. The State Park Ranger referred me to Pop-A-Lock. They tech shows up in less than 30 mins and took care of everything, including everything I needed to get a full refund from AAA. AWESOME.

Comment: We left our door unlocked and only realized after we were 4 hours away. Called Pop A lock and Krystle was there within 20 min. She locked it for us and we were able to pay by phone. The gentleman who answered my call was very professional and instead of getting it rekeyed he explained it would be cheaper to just have them lock it. I am extremely happy to have dealt with them both over the phone and will recommend them and use them again if needed.

Comment: I was stranded for several hours calling all kinds of various locksmiths in the surrounding area of St. Augustine FL ( I’m from Miami and I was only there to deliver a package) and either they didn’t have the proper tools or they simply didn’t have a certified technician that could meet the demands of any job.Before I gave up that night, I changed internet browsers and I was fortunate enough to find “POP A LOCK” !!! From customer service - Crystal- all the way down to Div the technician - the understanding, punctuality, professionalism and communication and speed of service was amazing!!!! Comment: Toyota Dealership told me I needed a $1500. computer for my ignition to be able to make me a spare key.Several friends suggested I call Pop A Lock for help.So glad I did!!! Crystal answered the call and was finishing up a job about 5 miles from me. It was 6pm on Friday evening so I never expected same day service.However, she insisted on coming to my aide immediately. In 30 minutes I had a perfect ignition key And a clicker with a super loud slam. Crystal is super awesome at what she does and the nicest, professional person you could hope to meet. I had sat waiting for 3 hours at Toyota only to have them try to convince me to buy a $1500. ignition computer and was really stressed out. Crystal turned my day around in about 30 minutes. Will never use anyone else. Shes great!!!

He was a little nervous with the phone portion of his job but he unlocked my car quick. His trainer left a little to be desired. He was on his phone sitting in the car. The trainee did great I think he is definitely a asset to pop a lock. His trainer....well he should be a little more hands on with training and lil less hands on with his phone. I wish Id got the trees name so I could compliment him by name he was at the address with 6100 in it. Tell him great job and keep up the good work!

Comment: I spent literally all day getting key code from dealer, contacting multiple locksmiths to inquire if they can cut a key from code. Out of the two that said they could first one told me his database was not updated and couldn’t the second cut a key that didn’t work. That’s when I called Pop-A-Lock. Locksmith Crystal called me within minutes of me requesting service, apologized to me for not being able to get to me right away, she was thinking maybe she could get here before here next appointment but it was getting close on time. I said I don’t mind waiting and she went to here next appointment. While there she called to inform me she was running late, not a big deal but it was very courteous and professional of her to do so. She was here maybe 10-15 mins had 2 keys cut and was done. I am not 1 to write comments about anything, but Crystal of Pop-A-Lock deserves praise for her customer service. Thanks again!
