Comment: One of my power windows just stopped working from one day to the next. Per my google search, seeing all of the ***** reviews, I picked this company. John came out to evaluate and work on my window 4 times, each time trying replacement parts and checking every possible reason why the window wasn’t working. I watched him meticulously explore for a possible solution. Unfortunately he could not find the problem and advised me to have a computerized diagnostic test. He gets an A+ for effort, and he refused to take any money from me for all of his time and effort . I can’t say enough about his professionalism and integrity. Yes, we were both disappointed because, as he said, with the hundreds of windows that he’s fixed, there’s always ONE! Unfortunately that was me. When I do have the diagnostic done I’ll be calling John for the repair job.Thank you John for all of your effort to fix my window!! I’ll be back.

My 2004 Jeep Liberty he had to order parts and had them in within a couple days and installed perfectly. Bummer for me 3 months later the same window on the other side broke the same way. He also came to my rescue when I was selling my car ans the window let go right in front of the new buyer. Buyer was gonna walk but I called John and he showed up in less than an hour and fixed and charged me so little I felt bad. He said you’re a repeat customer it’s cool. I tried desperately to find a place to take me in last minute but after checking with a couple places locally and experiencing sticker shock of $149 - $210 just to diagnose the problem with the window...I nearly had a heart attack. I sat in my car and Googled places and after about a handful of unsuccessful calls; I reached John who was a pleasure to deal with out the gate. I got him all the details and told him the sound the window/door was making and just about instantly knew it was the motor. He came to our home and did the work right in our driveway which was great because I was able to get things done while he worked on the repair. The price was more than fair and he offers a 1 year warranty.Look no further!

Comment: I called Power Window Doctor a few days ago, as my drivers side window had completely come off the track, and was stubbornly stuck in the half-way-up position. The Florida rains had no mercy this week. I had to resort to the old, plastic-in-the-window trick to protect the interior. I should add that my passenger window had also been stuck, but in the closed position, for a month! (I drive an old van with no a.c., so it had been an especially stressful stretch of days.) I called a few places, but hoped to use Power Window Doctor because someone had once told me the repair work was good and fairly priced. As it turned out, John was the only one who called me back. I am grateful (and amazed) that he was able to quickly diagnose and then fix BOTH my windows! Like so many of the reviewers here say, John is just a really good guy to work with. My window would no longer roll up on Saturday I went to a few automotive places and they said they would not be able to fix it until later in the week because they had to order the parts.
