Comment: My grandfather clock has a lock on the door and the key snapped off, leaving it closed and locked. I needed to open this door to raise the weights to make the clock work. This was an unusual situation because its an old fashioned skeleton key/lock. Safe and Sound sent a young man who has the patience of a saint. He gave a free estimate and then returned to make a new key that actually worked to open the door. Im very pleased with this service!

We were pleasantly surprised when he said he was able to install two electronic deadbolts that day as we were unsure if the deadbolts could even be installed on our very old doors. Comment: I had a very HEAVY and quite large safe in my bedroom closet. I was so sick of it taking up space and needed it moved. I didn’t have the proper equipment, nor was I strong enough to do it. I contacted Mark after business hours to see if it was something they would do. He gladly responded to me, and two days later, the safe is out of the closet and I couldn’t be happier! The guys were very professional and took great care in moving the safe, by making sure the didn’t bump into any furniture or walls. If you ever need to purchase a safe or have a safe moved, I HIGHLY recommend Safe and Sound!

Comment: Went there to get some keys copied that go to a 5th Wheel Recreational Vehicle Trailer. They are unique so no hardware store had them. They took pictures of them so they could order the proper key blanks. The next day they called me and said that I could actually order them already cut from the lock manufacturers website. They offered to order them or they would provide me with the website so I could order them directly. What honesty! They could have just ordered them and contacted me when they came in and I would have known the difference. They even emailed the links to get the correct keys. Unfortunately they didnt make a dime on me. I will be using them for all of my future locksmith needs.
