Comment: Sarasota Locksmith Service is amazing! We had a break-in and needed the locks changed immediately. Most locksmiths in Sarasota, FL that we called up gave us 4-hour or 8-hour windows – but I wasn’t willing to sit around the whole day waiting for their arrival with zero protection on my property. Comment: I give this place a 5 star rating based on my experience with them. A week or so ago an older lady had locked her keys in her car at the car wash along with her phone. She asked me if I could contact a locksmith and I really didnt know who to call. So I goggled locksmith and there were multiple options, although this company was the third one down. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and courteous. The customer service that was given was a 10 out of 10. From the time given and up to the arrival, they were very accurate in time. I am not for sure how it went after the gentleman arrived and I left, but everything before that was very professional and done in a timely manner.

Comment: It was an easy process. I had an old lock and did not have any keys so I took it to them and dropped it off and they made them for me. They had to order the blanks and then custom made the keys. I was very satisfied they could make them for me.

Comment: Great service. Called and got an exact quote. Called back an hour later and got the voice mail. Received a call back quickly and quote did not change. Gave an arrival window of 20-25 minutes and was on time. Pleasant and professional and got me in my house quickly. Was reasonably priced too!

Comment: These guys are usually available within an hour or two, which really helps in a city where vendors are booked for weeks. These guys show up and do the work or provide recommendations for other vendors if it is outside of the scope of what they do (rarely though - they do a lot!). Comment: I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to FL and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Sarasota Locksmith Service. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead.Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site sarasotalocksmithservices.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!
