I am a field supervisor for Millers Central Air and one of our van keys broke off in the ignition and due to the chip not being detected we were having trouble getting one of our service vans running. We called them and they were able to cut us new keys and program them to the van in a timely manner. Great service and appreciate them squeezing us in on very short notice. The first time my key was broken, they came out and cut me a new key on the spot. Then I locked my trailer younger at a relatives home. I lost the key to unlock it. But they were supposed to call me to make a key for my other car that was at my house after their next stop. They never called no text nothing it like they forgot in such a short amount of time. Comment: My situation was my ignition key would not turn. I was in the process of replacing the ignition key cylinder but could not turn the key to the acc position. I discussed my issue with these guys and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time as promissed and were very patient and persistent in trying to solve the problem. After a while of trying they did succeed with turning the key to the acc position and removing the ignition cylinder. Overall extreemly satisfied and give them a five star rating. Will definetly call again and recommend them .

I gave them a call on a Sunday, he was there within an hour and now I have 2 working keys for less than I thought I was going to have to pay for 1!
