Comment: Purchased a nearly new vehicle that only came with 1 key. Purchased a refurbished key fob online, couldnt be programmed. Same with the second key fob. Secure Safe and Lock, ordered a new OEM key fob and programmed it for me in minutes. Anna did a tremendous job trying to get the first two to work, but helped get me what I needed. Comment: Yesterday I discovered that my car key would not turn in the ignition. I tried multiple solutions to no avail, and had my fiance and my father in law try to get the key to turn in the ignition. It didnt work for them either. I called around to a few locksmiths and Secure Safe & Lock had the best prices. Andrew took me seriously (unlike a couple of the other companies I spoke with), and was great and informative over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. Today, Marcel arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and determined that the key itself was not working. He quickly got to work and soon enough, the new key turned in the ignition! Marcel was very professional and friendly! The overall price was fantastic: service call + new key was less than a car dealership would charge for just a new key!I am so glad I went with Secure Safe & Lock! If I ever have another lock problem, I will certainly be calling Secure! Thank you Marcel and Andrew!

Comment: I found myself in a situation where I needed help after losing my keys. After calling around I realize that hiring a locksmith is more expensive then I imagined. Secure safe and Lock gave me a couple different options with the services I needed. I was able to negotiate a price that was reasonable considering the quotes I was given by other companies. They sent a technician by the name Marcel. Marcel was in a nice work van with clear lettering letting and in uniform letting me know that he was in fact employed by the company and not a subcontractor. He took care of business and had my truck running again in about 30 minutes. After completing the job there was no talk about up charging or unexpected fees or anything of that nature. Im a satisfied customer and have no reservations of suggesting secure safe and Lock to my friends and family. In a situation like this I absolutely would have given Marcel a tip. Fact of the matter is hiring alocksmith was not in my budget and Marcel said thats fine just go and leave a review. Here you go Marcel thanks for your work I really appreciate it!

Comment: Own a condo that I inherited and we use garage for storage. Remote w/new battery wouldnt open garage & couldnt find key for emergency pull. Called Secure and made appt for this morning. Ian was very prompt, hard working, friendly, and able to remove lock. Took it back to shop, replaced the lock for emergency pull, and returned quickly. He reinstalled the lock on the garage door with 2 new keys. Have garage door company coming next week to replace the garage door opener thats 23 yrs old! Definitely recommend Secure Safe and Lock!

Comment: So I NEVER do reviews. But, after these guys saved the day, I felt obligated to. I have an Infiniti G35 and I lost my 1 and only key. The STEALERSHIP wanted about $300 to make a new key, and the car had to be there to do it.(If my car was mobile, why would I be calling you fools in the 1st place?)So I called Pop A Lock, they wanted $200 and couldn’t do it til tomorrow. So I kept looking. Eventually I came across these guys. Andrew and his partner got here in about an hour and immediately got to work. For less than both aforementioned companies, they had 2 brand new keys made for me. I wish had another Google account so I could give these guys 10 stars instead.
