Comment: My husband and I recently called Sliderman about repairing our sliding glass doors which had become extremely difficult to open and close to the point that we just left them closed. We have these doors in 4 of the rooms of our house and some of them are very tall doors. From the time of my first phone call Sliderman could not have been more professional. The woman on the phone asked me many questions, all of which were very relevant to allow the repairmen to bring the proper equipment and number of men with them. The appointment was made and 2 trucks arrived at my home right on time. All of the workers were extremely pleasant and answered any of our questions. We could tell by the efficiency with which they carried out their duties that they were well trained and experienced. My doors now slide beautifully. A door that we previously had to struggle with to move, now slides with 2 fingers. I absolutely recommend Sliderman and would definitely call them again when the need arises. We are very happy customers.

I was having difficulty with my other set of sliding glass doors it appeared the non- stationary door came off the track. I was thinking I would be making an appointment but before they would make an appointment they wanted an assistant to call me to walk me through possibly correcting the problem before needing to come out to service the doors. 30 minutes later a lovely woman named Kelly called me and instructed me to get a screwdriver and she told me how to try and work the slider back onto the track and it worked! It was so nice of her to help me over the phone rather than going through the expense of an appointment! I highly recommend this business to anyone with any kind of difficulties with their sliding glass doors.

The doors are pretty big, so I thought, maybe Sliderman could make it easier to open, but it would still take some effort due to the size. My technicians were named Nathan and Kyle, I was called before their arrival, which allowed me to put my dogs away. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They both wore masks while we discussed how the job would be done, then they got to work. The job didnt take very long to complete. They had me test open and close the door. I was amazed to find the door was just as easy as my neighbors. I can open/close the door with one finger now. An added bonus is how quiet the doors when they are moving. They were in and out in an hour and they did a great job. My only complaint is they were booked solid when I called them so it took them almost a month between when I called and when they came out, but they told me that up front.Great job and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Adam and Nate came and fixed my slider and did an awesome job! I have lived in this house for over 4 years and finally no struggle to get to my lanai! Thank you so much to such a great team! Comment: Very poor customer service, the kids that showed up acted like they were in a race just to get done. Left the door surfaces filthy. The rollers they put on were half the size of originals and 1 1/2 days later the door started to rub. The companies answer was the work was not warranted. $278 to replace two door rollers and they wont come out to adjust.The company responded extremely well to the issue. The next day I receive a call and they immediately expedited actions to correct the issue. The same person came out and was very hospital he went above and all expectations. Tech used gloves and was cognizant not to leave a mess.Very impressive.

Comment: I have a patio sliding that let water blow into our living room. I thought I had a weather stripping problem. I called and found out I actually had a door vertical adjustment problem. Over the phone, this wonderful woman told me exactly how to adjust the door to restore its verticality so that it closed properly into the frame. It worked perfectly and the leakiness has disappeared. Refused to send me a bill, too, even for a phone consultation! I´ve had previous work done by Slider Man on replacing our door rollers - excellently done. THANK YOU!!!

Comment: Two personable and professional young men came yesterday to repair my two sliding glass doors. They glide open and closed and lock perfectly now. They were so honest they told me the other door was just fine. I had them put on burglar bars and feel much safer now. Prices very fair. Have already referred one of my hair clients to them. Comment: We have lived in Naples just shy of 2 years. We had them out during season one time,, had to wait about a week, but they took all 4 doors off, cleaned the track, and put on new hardware. It works beautifully now. We did have a slight problem about 7 months later, (totally my fault) and they were right out at no charge to fix. Very nice dependable and knowledgable company. Highly recommend

I called, they scheduled, they sent three very nice young men to my home who had the door fixed and working smooth as silk in no time flat.
