They were quick to blame another company. We was so tired of this, so we reached out to Flying Locksmith. Jeff came out and was able to identify the issue right away. His knowledge was so helpful and willing to show me what happened and point out other issues that was over looked by the other company. I was so impressed, I provided Flying Locksmiths information to my colleagues who was looking for a locksmith. We are a security provider in Texas with clients nation wide. Comment: The techs came and surveyed the job, began implementing the plan, explained what they had to do (they installed panic hardware) on two main entry/exit doors. It’s always a bit tricky installing new hardware on existing doors. The doors worked as advertised but needed a bit of tweaking. Their tech came back and got them working as good as new.I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially churches that should update their doors with the panic hardware in lieu of a recent shooting in a church in Texas. We feel safer now that when we gather for worship, NO ONE is getting in with evil intentions! These are the go to guys!

Comment: The Flying Locksmiths is the most professional locksmith organization I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From the initial phone call to the follow up email with detailed pictures of the entire exterior door replacement, I had no idea a locksmith would have the scope to do this kind of work.

Comment: WOW so impressed with their customer service....Dominic was so helpful helping a friend of mine with their lock for their business.... They were wonderful and had all the right tools and part for the key less remote lock so she can continue with her business... I will definitely call Flying Locksmith in the future and ask for Dominic, he even cleaned up after the job.
