Comment: I had a lock out on a bedroom door in my 1948 MCM home and no key. I contacted The Key Experts on a Sunday and got a text back within a few minutes to give a call. When I called back, the lovely man gave me a quote and a time of arrival. When he came the lock was inoperable and just ann overall nice fella. I would recommend using them anytimeand the door knob had to be removed which was fine - he did so with no damage and explained what the trouble had been. Enrique was very professional I answered a couple questions about my truck and picked a time that worked best for my schedule. I didn’t have to pay to have my truck towed to a dealership he drove right to my apartment. Comment: Im SO GRATEFUL for these guys! We got locked out of our car, AAA couldnt help us within 3 hours, we were in Keystone Heights, and no one else was willing to make the drive. I called The Key Experts, and even though it wasnt in their service area, they made the drive and had the door open within 5 minutes, no fooling around with shoving metal objects through the window, which was impressive, because our Nissan Armada is a fortress. Only a couple people are able to make Volkswagen keys due to the equipment being so proprietary. Lucky for me they had the equipment and on top of that he was efficient and was even able to make the key for me while I was at work. Comment: I cannot tell you how marvelous it was to meet Enrique at 2:00 am at a rest stop just south of Gainesville. I am 76 years old and was traveling with 2 kitties and a puppy when I stopped at the rest stop. I went to the restroom and when I got back to my car my key would NOT open the door. I started calling every locksmith in Gainesville and kept getting mailbox is full mailbox is not set up yet orleave your number and we will call you back. I finally called Enrique and HE ANSWERED! What a happy and full of joy person he was. He immediately diagnosed my problem and within minutes I was back in business! I absolutely wish him and his lovely the very best FOREVER!
