Comment: We were trying to install a new handle on a very old set of sliding glass doors. After the handle was taken of (both inside & outside) the door was closed by accident. The latch which was still in the frame, engaged & we could not get the door open. We tried but could not get the latch to unlock. I called and explained the situation to Will, he said he would be here on 25 minutes. He was here in 15 minutes. He was very polite, friendly & professional. He had my door fixed in a matter of minutes & even checked the other lock for me & got it working. I am very impressed with this company. I will definitely use them again!!! I highly recommend using his services!!! I work in customer service and I know good customer service, this young man was exceptional!!!!!! I would give him 15 stars if I could. Comment: I called Lock Doc on a Sunday afternoon because I locked my keys in my vehicle in a parking lot. Will was very polite and courteous on the phone and said he would meet me soon. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked in a few minutes. I figured it being a weekend day the charge would be quite expensive, but it was not. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing locksmith service. I will definitely be using them again.

Comment: Had a misunderstanding with the owner due to him driving in an emergency to rescue a child out of a locked car with no AC . I did not know this until I spoke with him personally. We were able to talk it out like adults. He even got the child out of the car at no cost to the parent. I highly recommend.
