Comment: My husbands car key fab broke and we were stranded. Tri-County was the 2nd locksmith I called in a panic and he spoke calmly and explained the situation. He came out, recut and programed the key. We had some more issues in the process and at anytime after the key was cut he could have left, but no. Ray made sure we were taken care of and he was determined to help get the car started. Locksmith, mechanic, an angel - whatever, he truly came through for us by going above and beyond.

I gave Ray a call to verify that he can do ignition switches, etc. He asked me a few questions and told me that for my model, it is most likely an electrical issue. He explained the issue very clearly, and even helped my find a shop that does electrical work, without me having to pay anything! We need more shops with folks like Ray.

Comment: I needed a new key made for my 1999 Ford Explorer. I called a bunch of locksmiths. Most of them were nasty or couldnt get to it till tomorrow or I had to wait for them to call me back. When I called Ray from Tri-County locksmith, he answered the phone right away. He was very professional and courteous. Out of all the locksmiths I called he was by far the cheapest. Comment: My son’s key fob to his car broke, his car went into anti theft mode and would not start. We called the dealer and were told that the car had to be towed there because his car didn’t have self- programmable keys. So we would have to tow it and then they could make a new fob. The process was approx 600-700. We called Try County Lock & Key just to see if there was some other way to handle this. Ray was awesome he told us yes he has a machine on his truck he could do it without a problem, he actually came and met us within the hour because we were actually in a businesss driveway. He helped us out immediately. He made a new fob , he got it started and on our way within 35 minutes at half the cost. He was professional, reliable I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Comment: I have a 96 nissan 240sx set up for drift, an x stole my keys. ray came out and hand carved a key from scratch. both these keys have no friction when opening the locks. much better quality then the original key. would recommend to anyone

Comment: I am the type of person that looses keys and locks my keys in the car. Ray was really helpful, he came out on time, and was reasonably priced. He gave me plenty of spare keys and even a spare key for my car. He was nice and tuaght me a whole lot about what he was doing and even went above and beyond and fixed a problem with my door to my apartment. I would reccommend him any day!!!
