Comment: LIFE SAVER!!! we were stranded on the side of the interstate while towing a trailer at night 300 miles from home. Willie brought a tow truck and extra crew with truck to tow my trailer. Dropped us off at a hotel. Picked me up in the morning to get an alternator from AutoZone. Also took me to McDonalds to get my family food while they were stuck in hotel. Took me to his workshop and replaced the alternator and removed battery and installed new one. He answers the phone, texts, and checks on you. Honest, fair, and gets the job done. Read no more reviews and call them.

Comment: My tire blew out on Christmas night. I literally couldn’t get help from anyone near live oak. AAA hung up in my face, my car insurance was no help, and locals charged up to $400. Comment: Within the last 24 hours, USA Auto & Towing (Will) has come to our rescue twice! While driving home from vacation (Miami to Atlanta) our car had a flat and the model of car we have did not have a spare. He towed us to the local Walmart so we could order a tire (only place open on a Sunday). 24 hrs later the tire came in and they refused to change it because a lug nut was too short. Will came to the rescue again by taking off the tire so they could put the new tire on the rim and then he came back to put the tire back on. He is super quick to respond, very friendly, and ridiculously busy though kept fitting us in as he knew we were 3-4 hrs from home and extremely tired. Thank you thank you!!

Went to get parts from autozone before they closed at 8 and then towed us to his shop where he fixed our car very quickly. All of this while it rained! Had they not been able to not only tow us off the main road but to fix our problem at their place of business. Comment: This guy was awesome, when way out of his way to dig me out of a hole I got myself in with my car and a puddle. Kept in touch the whole time, with constant updates. Was very friendly and accommodating for me and my two kids. He was very knowledgeable and got my car up and running again. Comment: Airport shut down in Kentucky due to weather so our flight was canceled to Orlando. Heading out on a cruise so we had to drive from Kentucky to Port Canaveral. We were 3 hours from our destination and had a blow out on 75. Willy saved the day. We called and he was there in less than 20 minutes and saved the day! They said they couldn’t get me anyone less than 2/8 hours!! Then finally gave in to them saying they would someone to tow at 8:00-8:30 AM! Yes, please! Comment: Willy was a real lifesaver this weekend. My family were on I75 coming back from Florida, about 9 hours from home when our van overheated. We pulled over and a road ranger came and put some water in it for us. Unfortunately we were only able to make it a few miles down the road when it overheated again, causing us to have to stay at a motel for the night and scrambling to find someone who could tow it or fix it for us. Being that it was early on a Sunday, we didnt expect to have much luck, but we were able to get ahold of him and he has happy to come tow our van and give it a look. I rode with him to his shop and he quickly identified the problem, which was a hose and we went to get the parts for it. My wife and 3 kids and I were able to get back on the road soon after thanks to him and all of his help. He was extremely kind, and the service was amazing. If you happen to find yourself in a tough spot and need towing or quick car repair, Willy is your guy! Thanks again!

Comment: Car broke down on 75, 4 hours from home. Our situation left us in a pickle and my husband had to drive down to get me in our other car. Willie met up with my husband the next morning and towed our Mazda back to his shop. He put it up on the lift and diagnosed our suspicions which sucked but he went above and beyond by helping my husband load our car onto a Uhaul dolly so we could get it home and decide our poor cars fate. Alas, I believe she is lost to us, but helpful people like Willie keep a situation from feeling like the end of the world. Totaling and scrapping our car is going to hurt for awhile but at least we are going to make the most of it.Thank you Will, for your help and genuine good natured kindness.
