Comment: Man where do you I begin.... I traveled to Destin for my girlfriends birthday. We decided to rent a jet ski because why not lol? long story short after jumping a wave, the jet ski was upside down and my keys were no where to be found. We were scheduled to leave in the morning to head back to Atlanta, my first reaction was to call Nissan to see if they could start It remotely so I could atleast drive It back to Atlanta where my spare was. They quickly directed me to a dealership 25 minutes away (keep in mind I’m car less.) Hung up and called Xpress after reading the endless list of positive reviews. Spoke with TOM and he was awesome from the moment he took the call and said bye. He was incredibly efficient, I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Unfortunately, I do not live in Destin or I would recommend him to any and everybody. Tom I cannot thank you enough, you not only helped me out of a sticky situation but also a frustration fight between me and girlfriend lol. Thanks a million!!!

Comment: I called Tom at 10:30 pm on a Friday night when my house door wasnt working properly. Instead of coming out and charging me an after-hours service call, he had me text him a picture of my door locking mechanism and then he called me back and walked me through how to analyze what was wrong. He helped me to fix the problem over the phone which turned out to be nothing more than a poorly lubricated lock that needed some WD40. Hes earned my business. I will use him any time that I need locksmith services in the future.

While working on the locks, he discovered a couple minor issues from the locks not being originally installed correctly. He took the time to point it out and correct it without charging outside of the original quote. Even for the initial quote, his rates were the best in town. We made an appointment, he called and confirmed an hour before our scheduled appointment, and showed up right on time. He was also attentive to the mess he was going to make and made sure he had something under the doors to catch the shavings from the doors he was drilling. I could have gone with the more well known locksmith company in the area but I like to give the small business owners my business. I highly recommend Tom and his work ethic. Comment: Tom was fantastic. He was on time and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. The lock on the door leading from my house to my garage broke and it took him less than 5 minutes to fix. He also pointed out some security issues in the garage and gave me some great tips on how to secure that area. Since he was here I also had him look at my French doors leading outside that have always been a little flimsy (they even blew open during a storm once). He made a couple of quick adjustments and it made all the difference! Tom went above and beyond what I expected when I called a locksmith. I feel like I received a home security consultation as well. I will be calling Xpress Destin locksmith service again for any future issues and will reccomend them to friends and family. Thanks again Tom!
