Comment: He was extremely fast at responding and came over fairly immediately to help out. I believe that what he did may not have been the solution to the problem of why the car wasnt starting, however he did do what I told him I thought the issue was.He said he ran a diagnostic, which should have told him the answer so it may have been part of what the issue was.I think for 1 generic key fob $400 was a little bit expensive to re-key the truck.. I know the fobs are about $50 and he spent maybe a half hour at the most.. but I needed it done. Hes mobile, so he came to my house to do it - so I cant complain. He was both very professional & nice.

Comment: VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! After a day on the water, we put our two dogs in the running pickup with AC going for them while we rinsed off the boat and packed up. At some point one of them hit the lock button. Seriously? Additionally, it was Memorial Day weekend and we were on the AFB. Called Xpress Locksmith and a few others to see who could get there the quickest. Anthony was able to make it to our location in about an hour from our initial call and had base access. What a super friendly and professional guy. He had our truck unlocked in about 2 minutes. I did not have a spare key for this truck, so he offered to make one on the spot. That was a trick since the key I had was very worn down and had the chip in it so a new one had to be programmed as well as cut. Anthony took care of it all in a short amount of time and we were all set. Thank you Anthony for making a very stressful situation bearable and resolved quickly.

Comment: I called about a new key fob for my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. Not only was he there in about 10 minutes he had me a brand new working key in another 10 minutes. As if that wasn’t enough, he only charged me HALF of what the dealership quoted me ($360 which is why I’ve gone a year without remote locks) would definitely recommend and will definitely use again!

Comment: On time and Got me back in my car!I was on vacation this past weekend in Santa Rosa Beach. I lost my car keys in the Ocean or sand, not exactly sure. I first called another locksmith that claimed they were 24/7 service. But they were not 24/7, they could not even get back to me with a eta for anyone to show up. So I called xpress next day based on their reviews, he says 35 mins, and sure enough was on time and got me back in my car. Nice guy and very informative.

Comment: Xpress was super fast and helpful.I broke my key in the ignition and fortunately managed to get the other piece out but when I went to a dealer they wanted my truck towed there and for the towing and to get a brand new original key it was going to cost me well over $375.Xpress managed to meet me 30 minutes after I called and was super quick to make me a new transponder key for my Sierra (less than 30 minutes).They’re super quick, reliable, and very friendly. My locksmith told me he is not leaving until I have a vehicle I can drive.

Comment: Had an issue with my Mitsubishi not reading my key fob, therefore not being able to start the vehicle. He came out within the hour. Was very friendly and courteous. He did everything he could to reprogram my key fob, with no success. He also explained my other option, which would be to install a manual key in place of my stock setup. He gave it to me straight, and told me all the inherent risks involved and the price. While I ended up having to have the vehicle towed, I wasnt charged for the troubleshooting and I appreciated the honesty. Excellent service, upstanding guy.

After trying unsuccessfully for a while to access the car, we called Xpress Locksmith. Tom arrived within 40-45 minutes (as promised) and was able to access the trunk release within minutes. When we purchased the car for our older son years ago (high school and college car for 3 boys), we were never given an extra key. Tom told us he could take care of it while he was there.
