I have used Xpress Locksmith Services numerous times from rekeying the locks at my new house, to getting additional key Fobs and making keys for my Nissan and Toyota. Just the other day, the one key Fob I have for my Mercedes S550 got locked inside the vehicle. Dont ask me how, I dont know but it did. Luckily, the car was in the garage which makes it even more annoying. Anyway, I called Tom and he was at my house in less than 2 hours. Five minutes later, the S550 was unlocked. I then asked him to get me a second S550 Fob so I could have a spare. In less than a week, Tom had the new Fob and expertly synched it to the car. Tom is quick to respond, always provides outstanding service and his prices are alway fair and reasonable. Give Tom and Xpress Locksmith Services a call, he will exceed your expectations!

They had good reviews, so I decided to give them a go. They have a feature that allows you to request a quote before committing to anything. We had already had a tech from another top rated company try but there aftermarket fobs wouldn’t program, Xpress said 8:30 am and they showed at 8:20 with actual ford factory key fobs had us driving down the road in less than 30 minutes and even helped program are door code that we could never use .. My husband is a vet, Diabetic, and his friend with him was also a vet with diabetes, and in a wheelchair. One place was going to charge us 400 dollars and would have to wait up to 4 hours for them to arrive! I called Xpress and they were there in 30 minutes and charged less than 200!!! Comment: From out of town on vacation. Our Tahoes key would not turn the ignition. These guys came within 45 mins of calling them and replaced ignition. He was very nice and knowledgable. Had me going in under a hour.

Comment: I had to find a locksmith this morning cause my son locked my keys in car yesterday. With a wedding going on and all that I just waited til this morning. For a Sunday I didnt have to wait to long and the service was AWESOME!! Thanks a million for getting us back in the car and the nice conversation. If I am ever in Fort Walton again and this incident happens to me or anyone else I will definitely recommend Xpress or if my issue they will be the ones I call. Comment: Amazing service! I rarely write reviews but Tom went above and beyond. He really cares about people and showed up earlier than expected. Offered me a spare key on site. Quick, friendly and affordable! He even reattached my battery for me and came back out after hours to help when there was a small issue and was there in less than 10 mins. I cannot say enough great things about him and will be telling anyone who needs a locksmith to use him first. If only there was a 5+ star, he definitely deserves it.

Comment: The most friendly, timely, experienced locksmith in town! Period. Told me he would be at my car between 6:30 and 7:30 showed up at 6:38!! Got in my car in less than a minute, and then offered to make me a spare key right there on the spot for only $10, and then jumped my car for me free of charge; he really cares about his customers and has over 15 years of experience!! Recommend him to everyone and anyone who might of locked there keys in there car or anyone in need of a locksmith!

Comment: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My family and I arrived in Okaloosa FL midnight Sunday to start our week vacation. Our vehicle had a problem with the alternator 10 min from our condo which caused it to lose power. After finally getting it jumped with enough power to make it to the condo, we parked and I tried to remove the key from the ignition and I wouldnt come out. Apparently a security feature of the truck, is if the voltage is too low the key cannot be removed. After doing what I could to boost the battery and trying to get the key out. I just yanked that thing out in frustration and damaged the switch in the process. I called Tom and set an appointment with him for 10:30 am. He showed up at 10 am. He tried to fix it in the truck, with no luck because being a Saab 9-7x SUV built by GM, similar to the Trailblazer, parts are a little different. He wouldnt give up though. He took the entire ignition switch and housing that is actually located in the center console, back to his shop and worked on it for an hour he said. Still couldnt fix it, so he located a replacment switch across town as a last resort. It ended up not even being close to right switch. He told me he wasnt giving up and wanted to take care of my family on our vacation. He showed up at 7:30pm the same day back atbtge condo with my original ignition working like new. I have no idea how he did it, but he did it and saved our vacation. A new special order switch from the dealer would have been over $300 + install. He gave me a price of $225 total. A very fair price for all the work and driving around. He also helped me install the new alternator because I didnt have a socket set. Tom is super nice and he went above and beyond to help us. He would also text me during the day to keep me updated on what he was doing. If you need a locksmith, he is the first one everyone should call. Thanks again Tom.

Comment: I had a guest check into our condo and she was concerned for her safety as one of the sliding door handles would not latch. It was Saturday night after business hours. Tom had it handled in under an hour on a weekend night and I felt his price was reasonable as well. He let me know as soon as he had it fixed and my guest was happy.
